2008 CTCEF Regional Workshops

Tuesday, April 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Guilford. Tired of Doing it All? When is the Right Time to Hire Staff? Many education foundations are started by volunteers who eventually want their life and their dining room table back. This workshop will help you determine when and how to hire staff that will ensure the permanence of your favorite education foundation, give you back your dining room table, and allow you and your fellow board members to focus on developing programs and raising money to support your education foundation. Presenter: Marge Hiller, Executive Director, Bridgeport Public Education Fund. Cost: $40 for CTCEF affiliates; $50 for non-affiliates. Host: Guilford Fund for Education
